“ We came upon this place accidentally when the dim sum place nearby that we intended to eat at prior to going to the Hammer Museum ended up being closed on Tuesdays. What a lucky find! It's more of a fast food place...but the quality of food is as good as other dine in Korean restaurant I have gone to. Everything is so fresh and you can customize your bowl to whatever you want in it. All the goodies are displayed right in front of you as the server puts together your bowl as you select your items. All the individual veggie salads I added to my base of purple rice, sweet potato (glass) noodles, lettuce and grilled cabbage topped with tofu and the Gouchung chicken were delicious as was the Gouchung and Gouchug Mayo sauces I opted for. I highly recommend the purple rice and sweet potato noodle as part of your base selection. I was initially disappointed the dim sum place was closed...but got over it once I had my first bite from my bowl. I am not a fast food type of person...never thought of it as healthy...but this place changed mind! ”

“ As a finance tech bro now living in NYC I can certify that Gogobop has the best "bowl slop" I have ever had. Don't waste your time and money with Cava and Chipotle. Bowls are really decently priced especially if you load up on toppings. Proteins are delicious too, highly recommend bulgogi or spicy pork! ”

“ Wow! This place was so good and has so much potential. Think of PokeBar/ Chipotle style build your own bowl meets Korean meats (bulgogi, pork belly, etc). The staff were all super friendly and great with recommendations. For our bases, we had purple rice ! (a mix of brown rice, sweet black rice, white rice - so good), the sweet potato noodles (also great), grilled cabbage and mixed greens. For proteins both the pork belly and the beef bulgogi were wonderful - smoky, savoury and flavourful. There were also plenty of toppings to choose from as well. Love this spot! If you are in the area and looking for a great value and yummy eats spot, this is it. Our only complaint is that they weren’t open later or we would have come by again for takeout! Thanks for a great meal. ”

“ Nice variety of food to make your own rice or veggie bowl. I love that you can choose up to 4 scoops for your base- most places only allow half and half at most. Lots of veggie options. Yummy ”

“ This was a good & cheap favorite student spot in the area according to my cousin. We arrived at 7pm and it was crowded but the line moved quick. I opted for 'create your own bowl' with 4 bases (purple rice, white rice, noodle & grilled cabbage) & half-half protein (beef bulgogi & tofu). The purple rice was firmer than the white rice but both were good. The noodle had good firmness and good seasoning. The grilled cabbage was good and tasted healthy. The tofu was flavorful and the beef bulgogi was tender and super good. The macaroni salad side was delicious. It was creamy & well seasoned. The gochujang mayo was super good: creamy and a hint of spice. The teriyaki sauce was good too. ”

“ This was my first time visiting Westwood Village and getting a chance to explore. I was here for a work seminar, and local employees mentioned this place as a go-to lunch spot. The staff were very friendly and patient with my questions, and had excellent recommendations. As you can see, the food was colorful, and I can attest it tasted very good! It's a little pricey, with the traditional meats having upcharges, but I felt it was worth the value. ”

“ Why eat cheeseburgers or tacos when this costs the same and is better for you. Street parking is the most cost effective. Excellent food quality. Small farmers market out front Thursday afternoon. ”

“ A Taste of Korea in the U.S. – From Bibimbap to Nostalgic Hotteok! I recently visited Bibigo, a restaurant named after the iconic Korean dish, Bibimbap. The atmosphere was vibrant—I saw groups of young friends enjoying their meals together, as well as several people comfortably dining solo (what we call 'Hon-bap' in Korea). What truly caught my eye on the menu, however, was the Hotteok (Sweet Korean Pancake). Hotteok is a quintessential Korean street food that carries a lot of soul and sentiment. Seeing it served inside a modern restaurant was enough to bring back fond childhood memories. With K-culture and K-food trending globally, if you're in the U.S. and want an authentic taste of Korea, I highly recommend Bibigo. It’s more than just a meal; it’s a wonderful way to experience the heart of Korean cuisine. ”
